The accommodations were immaculately clean and comfortable with a double bed. Essential facilities like an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven were provided. - the motel is located in a beautiful and peaceful garden setting on a slope, just a short walk away from Carino.

We liked the fact in was off the main street & quiet. Unit #2 was totally private in amoungst the trees. Very comfortable accomodation.
There are steep stairs to climb especially with your suitcases but well worth the effort & you soon get used to them.

If raining you will get wet getting to your room. No change of towels during 2 night stay, or advice there wouldn't be .

Peaceful surroundings and close to town.
The seperate bedroom was a bit on the small side and from the online info we had looked at, we'd envisaged the seperate bedroom as being one with a double bed at least - was surprised to see it only contained bunks.. we usually book a motel with a seperate bedroom and lounge so will be more careful next time.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-appointed bathrooms and great quality linen and towels. Although the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, some guests may find the decor a bit dated.

Everything was very good, very good service, excellent location right by the town shops and arcades and the seashore, the ferry to Russell, and Close to the wharf to catch the ferry to Russell. Airy and bright room, excellent staff, free parking. Fine overall experience.

Had a restful stay for two nights with great weather. the staff was welcoming and polite during the entire stay. - the location was marvelous and stunning, with Paihia Wharf just a short walk away. - Enjoyed spending time at Bay Cabinz Motel.

The treehouses were a unique and charming experience, nestled among the trees with picturesque views. The cabins were spotless, with high-quality linens and towels. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the beach. The privacy provided by the individual cabins was appreciated.
While the cabins were cozy, the second bedroom in one cabin lacked proper soundproofing, which could be a concern for light sleepers. The water had an unusual taste, but bottled water was readily available.
